Our Approach

How R Hope structures evaluation, scheduling, and ongoing PrTMS care

This route preserves the old process page in the new design, with the same emphasis on consultation, EEG-guided planning, weekly reassessment, and direct communication.

Overview

A treatment flow meant to feel structured, not confusing

The original Our Approach page was less about marketing and more about sequence. It laid out each checkpoint so patients and families knew what would happen before therapy began and how progress would be tracked once treatment was underway.

That structure still matters. R Hope frames the process around evaluation, personalization, communication, and repeated EEG review rather than asking patients to commit without understanding how the plan is being shaped.

  • Assessment first, then protocol
  • Medical approval before treatment block begins
  • Ongoing monitoring rather than a one-time setup
Step 01

Initial consultation and first EEG

The old page introduced the process as a conversation-first model. Patients begin with a consultation, a medical review, and an initial EEG so the clinic can understand symptoms, goals, and fit.

That first EEG is used both as a screening step and as part of building a more individualized treatment plan instead of defaulting to the same protocol for everyone.

  • Consultation with the clinic and doctor
  • Initial EEG to measure functional patterns
  • Early discussion of fit, expectations, and next steps

Step 02

Doctor review, eligibility, and scheduling

After the first evaluation, the doctor revisits treatment details, determines whether the patient is eligible to move forward, and helps set the schedule for the opening treatment block.

The original page also made the financial workflow explicit: once treatment is approved, the clinic confirms timing, fees, and the first two-week stretch of care so patients know exactly what is happening next.

  • Medical eligibility review
  • Discussion of financials and timing
  • Clear confirmation call before treatment begins
Step 03

Daily sessions with ongoing EEG reassessment

R Hope described therapy as a five-day treatment rhythm followed by a new EEG. That repeated reassessment is meant to show whether the patient is moving closer to healthier alpha-wave activity and where adjustments are needed.

Instead of leaving patients guessing, the clinic framed each reassessment as a way to communicate progress clearly and keep treatment aligned with what the brain is actually doing week to week.

  • Daily sessions at a scheduled time
  • New EEG roughly once each week
  • Protocol updates based on ongoing response

What patients were told to expect

The old page explained that the initial EEG helps determine eligibility and shape a personalized protocol, which is then loaded into the treatment unit as a patient-specific profile.

From there, treatment runs in consecutive weekly cycles. Each new EEG helps fine-tune the plan for the following sessions, so patients receive an approach that can evolve rather than stay static.

  • Initial EEG informs the first protocol
  • Five treatment days followed by reassessment
  • Results are communicated directly to the patient
